I’m Dominique – a Business Systems Analyst, third culture kid, and avid traveler based in Toronto, Canada. When I’m not planning projects at the office, I am most likely planning my next adventure. I have been doing so with 9+ years of (mostly) solo travel experience.

The Thrill of Pursuit was born out of my desire to bottle up that excitement felt before embarking on your next great adventure… but also to help others harness the anxiety that sometimes come with it. This travel blog is a collection of the trips that I have personally planned and experienced.
While The Thrill of Pursuit features content that is created by me, discussion in the comments are also welcome. I want to foster a community that provides updates and different perspectives on the places featured. My travel guides are written based on real experiences and are designed to help trip planning easier for others. And I hope to keep these guides up-to-date with participation from the global community here.
